With a small but effective satellite office here in Toronto, Nickelodeon needed to spruce up the look and feel of their working environment, and EBS provided the Design Build services required to get the job done.
As with many of our projects, EBS was tasked with making renovations to an occupied and fully functioning office staff and work environment. ??So through careful collaboration with the Miami main office, EBS helped bring to life the newly renovated home of such cult classic kids entertainment productions as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Sponge Bob Square Pants.

G Adventures is a travel booking outfit with a twist. ??The primary focus of G Adventures is just that; ??Adventurous and off the beaten-road travel, offering clients travel packages unavailable with other service providers. ??This unique Construction Management project required the careful coordination around moving existing staff from one floor to another, while renovations took place. ??This juggling act spanned three levels of the stand alone building, and eventually included the complete redesign and construction of a beautiful rooftop terrace space.

Ubisoft Canada is the very well known brand behind some of the latest and most graphically intense video games on the Xbox, Playstation and PC platforms. Ubisoft’s office renovations were vast, requiring truly unique working and creative thinking space, as well as sophisticated video and audio recording sound-stages including state of the art Motion Capture technology used for capturing the real life performances of actors modeling for video game character design.

Wattpad is an impressive little tech start-up that went big in a hurry. Focussed on the procurement and distribution of free online scholarly publications, Wattpad needed to expand its impressive growing business, and this beautiful century old exposed brick and beam building was perfect. ??Although abandoned for a while and in a state of almost complete disrepair, the EBS team concentrated its efforts on providing ??Construction Management services, in accordance with our client???s stringent deadline, and the end result was well received by all.
